Also, Fluffy seems to be getting serious in Box2 at last.
Fantail continues to build her nest. Between 07.30 and 15.50 there were about 70 visits to the nest box, mostly by Fantail.

Progress indeed!
Fluffy was last seen about to bath in the pond - but was chased away by another bluetit. As the pond is in the back garden, this could be viewed as Fantail/Fred territory, but we prefer to be romantic and imagine it was Flash telling her to concentrate on nest building now she has started.
Because of her very characteristic appearance, Fluffy is easily recognised whenever she is seen. We have no other bluetits that we can recognise out of their boxes.

Another lovely day and Fluffy is in disgrace. Yesterday we thought that she had at last decided that it was nesting time, but this morning she was nowhere to be seen. We were getting quite worried about her. Flash went into the box looking for her several times but to no avail. Then we saw her cavorting with a great tit in the bushes and wondered if she had got ideas above her station.
Where's Fluffy?
Is this her coming in at last?
It wasn't of course!
Still not here? I've looked everywhere!

Well, I'm off then!
Even then, when this was posted at 16.30, she had not come back to the box again.
