Fluffy brings in a black feather this time. This year she has consistently found lots of good feathers without any help from us. We can't help but wonder whether the sparrowhawk has had anything to do with it.
She manages to leave it well positioned over the egg.
Fluffy still can't seem to get it into her head that feathers are brought into the nest, not taken out of it!
Barney comes in to see 'his' egg!
Fluffy returns and finds him interfering. You can see Barney huddling down to try to make himself invisible!
So Barney rushes off while Fluffy checks the nest cup.
