It looks as though Spikey thinks the nest is nearly finished. Feathers are normally only brought to the nest box in order to provide a comfortable base for the eggs to hatch out on.
She doesn't do anything fancy with them, she just drops them on the floor.
At the end of the day you can see that she has not brought in any more feathers. Still, she hasn't taken them out either so that's progress!
