A great tit is visiting Box2.
At this very moment, Gerry is in the box.
The great tit lands on the entrance hole . . .
. . . prompting an angry response from Gerry.
"That box is no good - the hole it too small and it is already taken."
Gerry carries on her display for some time after the GT has left the box . . .
. . . and judging by her beak, she is making a terrific fuss about it all, too.
Slowly, she calms down . . .
. . . but it's a good 30 seconds. before she gets anywhere near normal
Over at Box1, we seem to have a pair interested in it. Here is the female looking around.
We know it's a female because she does a nesting wriggle - albeit only a one winged one!
Things are worse in Box3. We haven't seen any bird looking at this box for some time. The hole has deliberately be made bigger so that a great tit can easily get inside, but so far to no avail.
