It's difficult to see because of the sunshine on the left, but this looks like Scruffy again.
Judging by the reaction of the bluetit in the box, they are not partners.
Scruffy flies down and perches on the entrance hole ...
... just at the same time as the bird inside makes a move to leave the box1!
"Out of my way!"
Off he goes.
With the other bluetit gone, Scruffy goes into Box1.
You can clearly see it is Scruffy.
As I recall, the bird I called Scruffy before was a female. I wonder if this is the same bird!
She doesn't stay long. Off she goes!
