Last autumn, Box1 got blown off its support during a storm.  Luckily, the camera was not damaged because Boxwatch, the firm I originally got both my bird boxes and their internal cameras from, are no longer trading.

This picture shows  the reason why the box was blown off the tree.  The support, which was made from marine ply, had become delaminated.

This shows where I have unscrewed the old support from the tree.

As I had some marine ply, I made a replacement support mechanism.  This just consists of a piece of marine ply cut into two at an angle.  One part is screwed to the tree, as can be seen in the photo above, and the other is screwed to the back of the box.  The two parts fit together and the box is kept in place by its own weight and the weight of the cables attached to the bottom of the box.  The mechanism works well when its two pieces are in good condition. As the old pieces were over 20 years old, I should not have been surprised that they finally fell apart.

This shows the box remounted in its original position.  You can even see the fact that the internal light is working - as is the video stream.
