First, she stops what she's doing and looks up - presumably she's heard Flash's call. Then in comes Flash - well at least as far as the entrance hole anyway.
We caught another feeding sequence this morning.
Flash feeds Fluffy - and then he's gone less than two seconds later.
In the afternoon, we switched to Fantail and Fred.
The first shot is of Fred looking the place over. We know it is Fred because a few seconds later Fantail comes in and gives him the boot. The second shot shows Fantail with a few wisps of hay. She is still making slow but steady progress.
It's now a quarter to eight and we were wondering if she would roost in her box again tonight. But no, at two minutes to eight she calls it a day and departs for the last time.
