Well, can you see if Fluffy has laid a third egg?
I have drawn an arrow pointing to the most obvious white candidate for an egg. I think a second is touching it just below it in the picture and a third is touching both of them to the right!
I'm sure we will see them eventually but for the moment, it's anybody's guess.
Fluffy has made comparatively few visits to the nest today. When she does go into the nest box, she normally doesn't stay long but seems to be examining or perhaps turning the eggs.
Today has been a very wet day which may have been another reason why there has not been much activity. Although it is now only 7.09pm Fluffy looks as though she is settling down for the night.
So we turn the light out early. However, we could not resist a peek at just over an hour later to see that she was still there!
All's well at the end of another day!
