I left the system running all night last night in order to catch some pictures of the hedgehogs that come to our Hoggie feeder.  As a result, I got some overnight pics of our birds too!

In the middle of the night, a spider walks across the front of the nest box.  It went as far as the nest box hole - and then walked away again!

Greta emerges from the nest box at 6.42am.

Abby now has three eggs.  She keeps them well covered most of the time and this shot, taken early by natural light (ie before the lights were switched on) is one of the few we have.

Greta now has six eggs.

An unwelcome visitor.  I don't know what it thought it was doing - in any event, it did not stay long.  Perhaps it left when it found the hole was too small for it to get inside.

Morgan feeds Fay with what looks like a mealworm from the mealworm feeder on the dining room window!

Finally, Gustaf, not to be out done, feeds Greta who is clearly now in full incubation mode.
