Bluetit Diary    Apr 2007 (4)

Wednesday 4th April, 2007

The unnamed bluetit pair are still hanging around Greta's box.

The male bluetit appears to be taking a look to see if there is anyone at home.

Now he takes a closer look.

This time, even though Greta is not inside, he appears to lose interest and disappears without going inside.

We've skipped through the day and it is now time for Greta to go to her roost.

Here you can see her calmly preening herself in readiness  the long night ahead.

Suddenly she stops - something outside has attracted her attention.

This must be Gustaf coming to see that she is all right.  This is one of a very few images we have of him so far.
