Bertie is continuing to feed Bella.
He has a grub of some sort for her.
He now appears to be passing the grub to Bella less reluctantly than before. You can see here that he has leaned forward to give it to her, ...
... although he still seems to find it difficult to let go!
Mission accomplished, he turns to leave ...
... and departs immediately!
Bella is left to enjoy her meal alone. In fact, she follows Bertie out with the grub still uneaten!
