A very smart bluetit
This time it's a bluetit at Box3.

Ah! This is something a bit different! I don't think we have caught a coal tit having a look inside Box3 before - or even any of our boxes!
Here he looks as though he might be about to go inside the box.
But no! Not this time anyway.
Still, there is plenty of time before the serious business of rearing a family begins.
Finally, a shot of the Fat Feeder.
In previous winters, long tailed tits have been frequent visitors. This year we hadn't seen one for ages - until today.
This bird was not very successful in getting at the food - in fact he didn't get any. Let's hope he comes back for another try!
