This picture was taken by one of our two new Vivotek cameras. One is being used as the camera monitoring the comings and goings of our hedgehogs, while the other was planned to be used to replace the old camera outside Box1.
Unfortunately, this second camera appears to have a very wide angle lens - too wide an angle to be suitable for mounting there. I am therefore using it to monitor one of the bird feeder poles that have several feeders on and it was this one that caught this picture of a pair of nuthatches. I wonder whether they have ever considered nesting in a tit box? (I would have to make the hole significantly larger to enable them to get in!)
