It's a few days since I last posted and Meg seems to have finished nest building. There are feathers everywhere. The colours are due to sunshine coming from the right direction at the right time. Pure luck!

Although there is no sign of it, today is the day the first of Meg's eggs must have been laid. She can lay a maximum of one each day so from later egg numbers one can deduce this.
